I brought my portfolio to Andrew and Brian and they immediately identified opportunities for more income. In addition they put together cash flow reports and realized I was paying too much for certain expenses and help me reduce them. After bringing me the opportunity to purchase a strong cash flow property they advised me to dump of my properties that was not performing. We used that sale to purchase another property that was cash flow positive. In addition to making things seamless in terms of managing the portfolio they really improved my portfolio and helped take advantage of opportunities I may not have been able to.
